This Help is for CCSP contact center supervisors and administrators who view or create and edit real-time contact center performance reports.
This release contains no new features.
Version 7.1.0 contains the following new and updated features and functionality:
Adding a Clock — you can now add digital and analog clocks to your reports.
The clock gadget is now called the Time gadget.
