To start CCSP Dashboard:
Do one of the following:
Click the CCSP Dashboard tab in the CCSP TouchPoint Supervisor window.
Type the CCSP Dashboard URL in the address bar of your browser.
The logon dialog box appears.
Type your user ID and your password.
Click Log on. The CCSP Dashboard workspace appears.
When the workspace appears, you can view all the reports in it. You need to perform additional tasks only if you want to create new reports or edit them.
